An in-depth exploration of activities that can be used in Team Building, Coaching and Conflict Management.
Friday May 10th – In-person Session – Firo B and Interaction Style (Andy Cole Support provisionally)
The FIRO–B assessment measures interpersonal needs on three scales: Inclusion, Control, and Affection. It is of particular value because it reveals how interpersonal needs drive people’s behavior, shapes people’s ability to build trust, influence others, and create productive relationships. Many times I have been asked how this might link to Interaction Style. So spend the day exploring connections and gaining insights.
Tuesday July 2nd – Webinar – Tricky Trickster (Sue Blair)
The Trickster – love it, loathe it or try to forget about it. Whether you like it or not it probably has a role to play in your life. This session will explore what that actually means for people of different types and shine a light on whether this fascinating theory can help us understand ourselves and also support others when the Trickster starts playing games!
Friday October 18th – In-person Session – Emotional Intelligence and Whole Type
Emotional Intelligence is widely accessed within organizations. Allan Duncan talked about differences in how EQ is measured by different types. Referencing Catherine’s work, is there an opportunity to dig deeper into the links between Type and EQ? (Exploring partnering on this subject with Bill Davies)
Thursday December 12th – Webinar – Gender and Type
While the MBTI notes gender differences on the Thinking and Feeling preference, no such research has been conducted on Temperament or Interaction Style. In this session we will explore high-level the subject of differences in gender communication and explore how these might be colored by type.
