Building Team Performance
Building effective real and virtual team dynamics is a vital factor in 21st century organizational success. This program will show how the theories of temperament, Interaction Styles and psychological type can be applied to raising team productivity. Participants will learn the strengths and potential challenges of each temperament, type and Interaction Style on the team. From this foundation, participants will create and diagnose a team profile through the lenses of temperaments, functions and attitudes, Interaction Style and type. This profile will be used to analyze team performance (strengths and potential challenges) in order to design a customized strategy for team intervention to improve overall team results.
